Medium Light Body, Mild spice cake, clove, and toasted biscuity flavors with a dry finish

Inspired by our Owner and Founder Brian's home brew recipe, this beer is kind of a hybrid in its own right. Made with ample amounts of Rye Malt and fermented with Belgian Yeast, you can expect a complex malty body with light notes of cinnamon and english biscuit. This beer pairs well with Dulce, Goat cheese, and dried fruit... Also best to drink this while visiting your grandmother as well.
