Service Role Progression
Everyone at Validation has an opportunity to grow their skills, learn new responsibilities, and progress their role. We believe that folks who lean in and do great work should be rewarded - and that what it takes to get promoted should be clear.
This is a list of Front of House roles, each link will describe the expectations of the role and the objective accomplishments needed to promote to the next role.
Beertender
Everyone that joins Validation will start as a beertender. Compensation is minimum wage plus a healthy tip allotment from the tip pool. To progress, a Beertender needs to consistently perform their responsibilities and complete a serious of competency tests, signed off by other members of the team.
